Submit Your Abstract

We invite you to submit your abstract for consideration as a poster or oral presentation at Flanders Nanopore Day 2026. Oxford Nanopore Technologies generously awards a MinION Mk1D as the prize for the best abstract.

• Abstract submission deadline: March 1st, 2026
• Notification of decision: March 15th, 2026
• Conference date: April 17th, 2026

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract length: Maximum 1000 characters
• Presentation types: Poster presentation, oral presentation, or either
• Topics: All aspects of nanopore technology and applications
• Language: English
• Applications: only through the form below

Review Process

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by our scientific committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance and presentation format. The best abstract will be selected for the MinION Mk1D prize and announced during the conference.
